Strange situation

As per online case status my case transferred to Phily office and I received transfer notice in this regard. When I visited Phily office to check my case they told me that my case is in Texas with Texas service center. I wrote letter to TSC explaining the situationa and no response yet.

Anybody heard this kind of situation. Please let me know.
