Following Events are in Chronological order.
· Currently On H1B of Company A
· Company A filed I140 in March 2003
· Company A filed I485 as single filler in Sep. 2003
· Company A's I140 Denied in July 2004
· Company A filled MTR/Appeal in Aug 2004
· Company A's MTR denied and Case Transferred to AAO in Sep 2004
· Company B filed new I140/I485/EAD/AP for future Based Employment in Dec 2004 (Joint Filling, Got Married)
· Company B's I140/EAD approved for spouse and myself in March 2005
· RFE Issued on AP for spouse and myself (Company B's) in March 2005
· Company A's I140 reopened on BCIS Motion in March 2005
· Finger Print Notice (Company B's) Received for spouse and myself in March 2005, FP scheduled for April 2005
· Company A's I140 Approved in March 2005
Not sure if I should join Company B or Stay with Company A.
Should I withdraw one 485?
Can I have multiple EAD's? One from new and one from Old Petition?
How should I proceed while keeping the other option open until one of the I485 gets approved.
Should I file new I485 for spouse based on Company A's I140 as well?
