Strange situation...please help

I filed my 140/485 with TSC march 14th 2003.

FP1: May 2003..expired in August
FP2: Scheduled for Oct 22nd 2004.

Tried to do early FP last week..my ASC would not allow it.
This morning I got an email saying that my 140 is approved.

I am really worried now. Does that mean I have to wait again for God knows how long to get my 485 approved.

This is a concurrently filed EB3 case. Anyone been in the same situation? Please post...
 
Looks like TSC is doing lot of work on EB3 cases...

Does it really matter whether it is EB2 or EB3 in case of 140 and 485 stage..

Do not worry...it all depends on your luck..

Also do not worry for appointment..Go for walk - in ...they will take it..
 
Are you asking ,me to go for Walk-in on FP?
I already tried that last week. They did not agree...

Anyone with early FP experiences with the ASC in Northwest Highway at Bachman in Dallas?

My case happened like that . i didn't got any second FP and all but my first FP was about to expire in one month.I was sending expedite letter to TSC so instead of approving all I-140 and I-485 they have approved only my I-140.

I think TSC started approving only I-140 cases and not combine or may be we are the people who don't have enough luck to get both approved at the same time.

Let me know what is the status of your I-485 and best of luck for your early FP.

What is your RD/ND?
What is the status on your first FP now? Is it still valid?
If not, have your gotten your second FP?

My RD is june 4th and ND is june 5th 2003.
Did 1st FP on AUg 8th 2003.It will expire in Nov 8th 2004.

God knows what next.

It is not compulsory that you have to get 140 and 485 simultaneouly.

I applied for 140 and 485 in Sep 2003. I had my FP on Nov 14, 2003.
I got my 140 approved in Jan 2004. And i'm still waiting for my 485 to be approved.
I got my second AP approved from dec 8, 2004 to dec 8, 2005.
Waiting for second EAD, my first EAD expires on dec 5, 2004.

I have a colleague who has the same dates and has the same status.

so, dont panic go ahead and give your 2nd FP.

All I can say is "Some guys have all the luck." :)
 
My filing month is march 2003 could anyone please tell me how to expedite TSC if the Second FP not received and first FP is already expired if it is 15 month valid period for FP. Still the 485 status says pending review. Totally confused where the so called company lawyers of no use. :confused: :mad:
