I have an I-485 with ND 2/18/2003.
After no action for some time, there was a LUD on 7/18 (but no notice change), and a few days later I received a FP notice. Because the address on the FP notice was wrong, I spoke to a helpful person at VSC, adn they told me that someone had assessed my case and that I was going to get an RFE for a new medical.
The RFE has never arrived, and there has been no notice change on the website ... just the LUD on 7/18. I called VSC again, and they said that sometimes there is a gap between when your case is assessed and when the notice gets mailed out.
Do you think that they are waiting for hte results of the FP's before mailing out the medical RFE? Any other ideas??
