Strange RFE. for I-140. Pls advise

Hello everyone!

I just got a strange RFE from INS Vermont asking for the petitioner's date of birth? They need this to complete the processing of my application. This is a second RFE. The first one asked for Company financials and it was responded now this?

I have my I-140 filed as EB3 and I have a Company who has sponsored me not an individual. My I-140 shows all information about the company's year of establishment and my DOB as a beneficiary.

I wonder if this is an error on INS's part? Please advise.

Ofcourse error

INS is ofcourse our mai-bhap but does stupid things like this always.....let ur lawyer speak to them...it should be solved..

RFE responded and recieved by INS

This is what I got from INS website. Is it really taking this long for them to process an RFE? Any input appreciated. Thanks!

"we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 90 and 180 days for us to process this kind of case. However, because preliminary processing was complete before we requested the additional material, the remaining processing time for this stage of your case is approximately 180 days. You will receive a written decision on this case."
