Strange RFE online status

Hi all,

This is very strange case. Please share your opinion/advice.

RD - 08/01/2001.
ND - 08/23/2001.

I filed my GC in Texas and got finger printing for me on 12/10/2001 and my wife didn't get at that time. I got approval for myself 09/15/2002.

My wife got finger printing 11/12/2002.

I changed my job one year after GC approval.

First week of march, I checked my wife's online I-485 status.

It says 'On February 10, 2004, we received your response to our request for evidence or information'.

We never rcvd. RFE, I called attorney of my ex-employer who said they never received it. If they would have received it, they would have forwarded to me. I called the BCIS, who asked me to write a letter to Mesquite, TX office

Don't know who rcvd and replied for the RFE.
How do I find out what was the RFE and what should I do now?

It seems human error when updated either her case or someone else..... dont' need to worry....... but its good to follow up...........

As POJ mentioned, this could just be a human error. Let me share my I-140 story.

My I-140 approval took 11 month (while TSC used to take only 4-5 months). One day, the automated phone message (no online message system that time) said that "an RFE is issued.....". After waiting around 10 days, my lawyer received the RFE, BUT it was SOMEBODY ELSE's rfe...Attorney sent back that RFE and asked INS to mail our RFE.

Anyways, our case was approved just 3 days after this response.(TSC might not even have received the repsonse from the attorney by then!!)
