I think the NSC is picking on me. I got a stange RFE for my 485:
The document submitted is not sufficient to warrant favorable considreation of your petition/application. The following information is also required: please submit a letter and/or other documentary evidence which establishs that you will continue to be engaged in the occupation of which the national interest waiver is based. This evidence shall specify how you intend to serve the national interest and confirm that you intend to carry out the terms and conditions of the underlying I-140 petion.
My 140 was approved in Feb 2003 based on NIW and I have been waiting for 485 from March 2003. I got my 2nd FP in Nov and here came the RFE.
I have stayed in the same job from day 1(even I got some good job offers, being afraid to be picked on). It seems that I will have to argue my 140 for NIW again.
Any suggestion would be helpful. Thanks in advance.
