strange phone call from CSC

My friend told me she got a phone call from CSC last week,
they asked her not to send fax again

the reason is because she sent 2 fax inquires in june.

Wa, it seems there are too many fax sent to CSC, it hurts them

they should report this to thier boss, and find why so many people have to sent the fax, instead of asking us not sending them FAX.

I strongly suggest that she send a fax to CSC asking them to report to their boss that they cannot handle any more faxes.

If they don't randomly pick Sep 02 cases to adjudicate, they may not get so many fax

Yeh sure, quit complaining and inquirying, so they can keep things the way it was and let the mess grow bigger....

Every two weeks JIT moves forward one month, another 3000 applicants are eligible to send inquiry faxes.

their boss sure can deceive the higher management with bogus JIT and looks better; as to how that burden the system with inquiry, fax, phone call, lawyer communications, and result in more delays----no one there give it a damn.

So this is what they are gonna do, ask you not to fax no more.

Didn't we just hear the Ombudsman mentioned that they are going to assign more resources to fax inquiry---what a slap on their own face.

If they don't adjudicate cases randomly and keep publishing bogus JIT, they could have assign these rextra esources to adjudicate the cases!

If I was called up, I sure will tell them instead of taking their time to intervene with the inquiry process, why don't they go pick up my file, put it on some officer's desk, doesn't have to be on top of the pile, just place it in front of any Septemer cases. That will do! Otherwise, shutup and do their job!
