Hello, everyone:
My lawyer submit my I-485 application on 10/22/2002 and I did my finger print on 1/3/2003. I checked both on-line message and phone system, I got the same message like the following:
"On December 6, 2002, we mailed a notice requesting that you appear for fingerprint recording. The notice also gave the times and location where this processing could be done. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283"
I called FBI and the lady told me FBI sent the finger print to TSC instead of VSC the same day as the finger print. Is there anybody knows why the on-line message still shows the above message without update? Anybody on the same boat?
