I have a silly question. I know this is not the right forum to ask this but I couldn't find any other place.
I am trying to call my parents in India and I am constantly getting the message "This service is not available on your phone" and same is repeated in Hindi.
I try to call the neighbors and the phone is fine. I used different phones to call the number but no luck.
I called my parents on cell and they tell me that they are able to receive calls from other states in INDIA .
Does anyone know if there is something that my parents may have to do to enable their phone to receive the internation calls.
It all used to work a month back. I am afraid my parents may have dialed some strange combination like *86 or some such(if such a thing exists in India) and they not even know it.
If anyone knows anything about this problem please reply
