Strange message

days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

If you have questions or concerns about your application or the case
status results listed above, or if you have not received a decision or
advice from USCIS within the projected processing time frame*, please
contact the National Customer Service Center. "

don't know what this means....any ideas what they could have responded to?

That message was triggered by a mass of arctic cold air moving over the data processing center in Kentucky.

Seriously. This message just shows that the computer still exists. It can appear after status inquiries, address changes, phone calls to the call-center, phone calls to the senators office etc. At times it apparently appears for no good reason at all.
