I hope few gurus out there should be able to help. My I-140 was denied on the educational grounds, filed MTR (I290B).
On 12/06 the LUD changed on I-140 with the following message -
On December 6, 2004, this case was reopened on a BCIS motion, and the case is now in process. It is taking between 90 and 485 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete.
I-485 message-
On December 6, 2004, this case was reopened on a BCIS motion, and the case is now in process. It is taking between 365 and 540 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete.
Then there was another LUD on both the applications again on 12/07 which was fine as I assumed that they are going to approve.
But now there are LUD's (12/9 & 12/10) on my MTR with no change in message. What does this mean? Are they going to send it to Appeals unit or further denial or RFE or Approval???
