Strange letter, any ideas? HELP!!!!!!!!
Dear All,
Today I got a strange letter.
Notice Type: Approval Notice
The letter says “In processing your case we have reached the point where we need you to make an appointment to go to one of out Application Support Centers to have same additional Biometrics taken.” There is no mention of my case being approved.
Some details of my case
Filed I-140:
August 18, 2003 (EB-1b: outstanding professor/researcher)
I 140 approved Aug 9 2004
Filed I-485: April 6 2005
Bio done August 5, 2005
I would appreciate it if anybody can share his/her experience or recent information with me.
