Hello friends,
I got rfe on I-140 (04-MAy-04) and I-485 (06-Jun-04) .
I-140 Rfe replied on 01-Jul-04, did not get I-485 Rfe yet, So my lawyer requested duplicate copy on 07/14/04.
Today my lawyer personally went to vermount office (becs her office s few miles away from vermount office) again asked for duplicate copy..Officer kept her waiting and did investigation and told her tht they have all information what they need for I-485.
do not need any addional information...
according to My lawyer, LUD on 485 should change within 1-2 weeks.
I don't knw wht to say..Have any one gone through ths...please help me....
To MA_USER whadup , MA-USER tiger2025... Did you get ur I-485 Rfe and I-140 Approved ?
