Strange I-40 Approval Status - Case was shipped to the Department of State for visa

I have a strange update on my i-140 application when i check status online:

Application Type: I140, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER

Current Status: Case was shipped to the Department of State for visa processing.

On July 31, 2008, we shipped this approved or re-affirmed case to the Department of State for visa processing. For more information, please contact them directly.


I checked online and it seems that this message normally comes when consular processing is selected. I am already in the US and haven't applied for i485 yet.

Any ideas? I checked with my lawyer and they didn't seem concerned about it.
 
If you would be in US at time of I-485 filing, send in complete I-140 in its entirety along with I-140 receipt and approval, things would be alright by itself
