strange fp notice

I just received a fp notice. It is code 3. it is supposed to be fp + biometrics. Who in the notice body says" to process your appplication, the USCIS must capture your Biometrics"

They did not mention Fingerprint in the notice. Why is this? I did FP code 1 before.

anyone can help me? especially these who did FP code 3. What it says in the notice body??????? :rolleyes: :rolleyes:

Im not sure if i understand it correctly from your post. If its been over 12 months since you had your FP done, you would be required to do it again. Code 3 = FP + Biometrics.
 
my first two FP was done within the past two months. They were rejected because of quality. They are all code 1. First FP is from VSC. The second FP is from local ASC. Now, I got the third one, it is from VSC again and it is code 3.
Any ideas on why this is happening? I thought they should not ask me do FP again after two rejections. What are they trying to do?
