My case was transffered to Arlington INS Office in May, 2001.
Since then no news from that Office. Meanwhile, my EAD is expiring
in November first week. Today I made a trip to Arlington INS
Office to renew my EAD.
To make long story short....
The officer, who issues tokens, took (i)$100-00 money order and
(ii)EAD application form. And she just gave me back rest of all
documents. I asked her twice to make sure that she don\'t need rest of documents. The officer told me that I will be informed for the EAD.
The officer didn\'t gave any receipt at all.
Now I am big dilama, what if INS lost my application and I dont have
receipt. The money order has no details about me except my signature.
Sometime I am thinking of reapplying EAD again. Moreover I dont have
much time left.
Please give me suggestions. Thanks
