Strange but true

we got a call from CSC this morning at 8 AM. This was in regard to our fax for FP scheduling. We sent this fax last week, but, unfortunately, mistyped WAC number on one of the fax. Anyway, this nice guy called and asked for correct WAC number and told us that we should expect PF notice in mail in couple of days.

This is a 5 month old 485. San Jose area.

Today (satureday), we received another call from the same INS officer. He informed us that the finger printing has been scheduled for Oct 14, 2002.

My I-140 approval took over 2 years (compared to 3-4 months for others) but this changed my openion about INS completely.

Did you send the fax yourself or did you attorney do it for you...

Let us know if you did get it in 2 days..
 
Myself. I sent it for my wife only stating that she may not be able to go at later time for finger printing due to <some legitimate and convincing reason>.
