I had applied for NIW in Aug 07 and got approved in Oct 08. Then I got another approval notice in Jan 09. The 09 has the correct priority date which is Aug 07. The October 08 approval notice had priority date as Sept 08 which was incorrect.
My attorney is not sure why I received two approval notices with differenet PDs for the same application....Did any one else have the same situation.
