On the return to US after successful IV Interview I am planning to make a stopover in Dubai for 2 days. Do you guys think this will be an issue. Any input is appreciated.

I don't see why it should be an issue for your entry to US as a PR.

But just be prepared for a possible (and again 'only probarbly' possible) for a little more interrogation at POE.
