stones - I wonder what is going on with your case ... 2nd RFE is unbelievable.

Questions:
1. What was the 1st RFE about? Wonder if officer # 450 saw a problem with the reply to that 1st RFE ...
2. Can you add another row about your 1st RFE in the Excel file?

Note: This post is to discuss non-"RFE Data Consolidation" related discussion. I didn't want to clutter the data consolidation post. It would be best if only the updated Excel files are posted in that one.

It was for employment letter, I am at same employer, same job, same position

It’s very strange that my RFE response was received by them on Feb 3rd as per US postal track and till Feb 09(Monday) when I check the status online it doesn't say they received my reply and Tuesday I didn't check the online status and today they issue me another RFE.

I don't even know if my online message ever change and in Stones situation officer 450 got his RFE reply on Jan 28 and it took him 10 days to issue him 2nd RFE and for me probably 1 day.

God know what his intensions are I hope for the best for everyone who got RFE from officer 450

Can you guys tell me where I can find a sample AC21 letter, while back I saw one circulating.

2001Case - I am sorry I do not have a sample AC21 letter. Since I never used AC21, I never bothered to even acquire knowledge about the subject.

This is the format of the letter you need to get from your new employer. I am not sure about the cover letter that needs to accompany this letter. Hope it helps

exactly what is described for prior LC or I-140, but should be enough info to show same or similar work]. [Mr./Ms.] ______ is a valued member of our staff.

We respectfully request that you grant [him/her] approval of the I-485 Application/Immigrant Visa in order for [him/her] and [his/her] family to obtain their permanent residency status soon. Thank you for your assistance.

Yes, this is the employment letter format (from your new employer). This needs to be sent along with your AC21 letter.

I don't have the format of the AC21 letter. My AC21 was handled by my attorney.
