My bag was stolen with my and my wife's GC in it. I was going thru I 90 and had a couple of questions
I got married before my I 485 approval, and my wife came to the US on H4 and we added her application to mine. She got approved in about 6 months and got the card in about 9 months. My question is, is she a 'conditional resident'?
Also, do we need to notify the INS of the stolen GC - like you have to inform the consulate of the stolen passport? Can it be misused? We have filed police complaint.
