Hi guys, I have yet another question about my case. I'll just summarize what has happened so far.

Wife and I passed the stokes interview; we were requested for additional documents: tax return, physical, after which comes finger printing appointments. Today I received an I-130 approval notice, which also stated that the Beneficiary will be notified about the pending case of AoS. What does that mean? (the I-485 was filed concurrently in the beginning). Is it just standard letter? Do we have to file I-485 again?

Any input is appreciated.

Remember, the Form I-130 is filed by the Petitioner, who gets notified that the Petition has been approved.

The Approval for Form I-485 is sent to the Beneficiary, the person who is immigrating.

So, no, you do not have to file Form I-485 again. You should get a separate approval notice anytime now.
