I140 RD was Oct 7, 2003. I had FP done on Oct 4, and received by INS on Oct 18, 2004. I have not seen any LUD update after Oct 18, 2004. Spouse did FP on Oct 29, but no LUD changes. Still waiting.... Painful...

I saw a few people got approval around or after Oct 03. and I saw on immigrationwatch.com that 46% of Oct 03 has been processed..when will be my turn??? I was worried about the cut off date in next Jan, since my country is in that list. I wish I could get approval before that cut off time happens. Finger crossed.
 
It will be painful to see that you are having that pain..

When People have done FP last year Dec 2003 and things are not moving in a orderly fashion..

140 & 485 -- Oct 23 2003
FP done and Recd - Dec 10 2003 ( Called and Checked with FBI)
EAD -- two Times...

They are approving all cases who got and Done FP recently. But not the ones whether it is the FBI is delaying or the Service centre..GOD ONLY KNOWS or the inspector Knows.

Still waiting..Painful isn't it.. ??? :)

My I-485 ND : 11/20/2002 and We did our FPs on 11/12/2004.
Stilllllllll............... WAITING!!!

I saw some discussion about the retrogresses for EB3 for India, China and Phillipine next Jan. I hope you I do not make you worry more after this, since we can not do anything about it. Deep breath...Just be patient and wait, I guess...

Sorry to bring more tense to you all. Thanks for sharing your opinions. let us support each other...

I am actually surprised by your post considering that your ND is Feb 2004. If I were you I would consider myself extremely lucky.

AD: 95 days and still waiting.........?
Last Update changed for both my I-485 and AP, which I filed about 11 months ago to 11/16/2004, but text still the same for both cases

On August 11, 2004, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 850 and 900 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case.

Haoyun, with a Feb 2004 notice date you are concerned that you are still waiting.

I got my I140 approved in April 2002 and am still waiting to be fingerprinted.
