No RFE....I don't know what is happening to my case.......
any in the same suitation......

For EAC02-066 series, there are 213 cases in FP received/Resumed status.

For EAC02-065 series, there are 452 cases in FP received/Resumed status.

They are mostly December RD or later November RD.
 
Dec case not even 20% cleared

hey lot of dec cases are there.
they did not even 20% cleared. No.
compare to month of May . June very lazy month for us

My ND is 1/7/02.....
But atleast u get second FP I did not....

I have FP on 2/28/02 and recvd by BCIS on 3/08/02.......but my wife did FP on 4/5/02 and recvd by BCIS on 4/28/02
 
me too frustated and stunned at reps responce as I have to wait one more month to complete 540 days...truely it would be 570.....

I think your case is assigned to an officer and when (s)he will pickup your case (s)he will issue 2nd finger printing notice. For me they issue 2nd finger printing notice on 24-Jun-2003 (almost 1 week after my finger printing expired). There are few more persons like you in this forum who has the same issue.
