Still waiting ND 12/99

Have been regularly reading this forum. I am still waiting for RFI . My ND is 12/99. Its already so late. I got my FP 1 done in aug 2003 and fp 2 in April 2005. I hope that they send the RFI for medical soon.

You seem to need luck with your case worker. Hopefully he/will get your case soon.

Did u submit ur medical with initially? I think maybe u will get approved without another medical

Hey, I'm in the same situation. My ND is also 12/99, did the second FP in March of this year, and still have not heard from the CIS. I think our cases are sitting on a lazzy-ass IO's desk somwhere in Nebraska.

No, I did not send medical originally in 99. So i am expecting an RFI for medical. Hope Gino you get yours soon.
After FP the LUD has changed but no chanhe in msg.

I sent my medical and everything else with my application. I did my FPs in March, and nothing on my chase has changed, not even the last updated part!
