Still Waiting for Oath

Hi! I need some help here; I had my Naturalization interview on 30th October 2008 in Miami, FL which I cleared and have not yet received any appointment for oath. Can anyone help me with what dates are the processing. And if required what action should I take?

What is this "Naturalization interview" exactly mean ? am sorry but this is the first time am hearing about it !
