Still waiting for FP Request from INS

Hi All

I have been waiting for FP request from INS for almost 1 year now. My I-485 receipt Notice date from CSC is 11/20/2001. Is it normal to wait this long? Help....

I have only appled in July 2002 and have not received FP while others have. I am told that there is FAX format and method which is used to enquiry about the issue. There are three level which can be sent within span of 1 month.

Since your date is very close to current JIT you should ask your attorney to start sending faxes.

hey guys,
u need to find out what's going on with ur application.
these days with the concurrent filing, you get FP notice within 3 weeks & get the FP done probably in 6 weeks.
for eg: in my friends case he applied 09/10/2002 & got the FP notice on 10/10/02 & got his FP done on 11/03/02
Find out what's going on.
