Still waiting for EAD (RD : 02/11/02 at NSC)

I have applied for EAD (at NSC) and got my receipt notice (RD : 02/11/02),
but have still not received my card. My friend who applied after me at NSC (his RD is 02/20/02) has already received his card last week.

Is there anyone else out there who has applied around the same time for EAD at Nebraska and is still waiting ? Please let me know.

Hi We have applied for EAD and AP on 02/19/2002 and we have not even got the receipts yet. Also checks have not been encashed too. So I do not know what to do here ?
