Still the same \'FP received on Dec 6.....\' message.. Anyone in the same boat???

did fp on nov 27 and message still says \'pending review\' -
me and my wife are july 15 2001 rd
 
did avm change

did fp on 12/20 . july 11 rd . avm just changed yesterday to
fp collected pending review .
how long does it normally take to change to processing resumed ...
whats the significance of that message change ?
 
my message says "dec 6 ... pending review"

well after fingerprinting - fp goes to fbi and they answer within a day or two - but ins because of batch processing and different systems takes 2 -3 weeks to update the system and it finally gives the following message \'your fp collected on xxxx and r pending review\'
they initiate background checks fro \'cia,local authorities, consulate\'
and after receipt of these checks message says \'.... processing resumes\' and ur case is adjudication ready .. Then it goes into queue and when officer reviews message can be
a) case approved
b) rfe
c) transferred to local service centre for interview

Howcome a few are left out in this batch mode of AVM updates.. most of the guys from the \'Dec\'6th...\' have their message changed to \'Resumed..\'. Any reasoning to this......
 
i read a message

saying that for some people if message is still \'pending review\' this means \'second investigation\' ordered - guess some \'profiling\' has prompted this - but it does not matter because we have totally clean record.

Thanks rjngh2000! Lets hope our message would also be changed to \'Resumed\' and eventually \'Approved!!!\' at the earliest.
 
Mine got changed

Mine got changed from dec 6 ...pending review to Jan 12 processing resumed. I think yours would change soon, or must have changed already

inquired about \'pending review\' - she could not give me any further information - says they r pending review

My details : Did FP on Nov 27th. AVM 1 : Received FP on Dec 6th.
AVM 2 : Processing resumed on Jan 11th. Talked to IIO yesterday. Case
not yet assigned to officer.
 
Same thing, also did FP on 11/28

My wife and I also completed FP on 11/28 and my AVM message has changed to "12/6...processing resumed" back in December. How long should we wait before checking the AVM again for a message change (hopefully to "your case has been approved")?

the first message will say FP received and are pending review. The second message will say FP received and processing resumed at a later date. This happens when all agency checks are received. I am guessing you only got the first message. Please check your AVM to see if you got the second message.

I didn\'t get a "pending review" message for the FP, only the "process has been resumed" message on 12/6.
