Still not approved Sept Fillers: is it because CP and AOS?

For Sept. fillers that are still waiting, is it because you chose both CP and AOS when filed I-140?

My lawyer selected CP and AOS processing when he filed 140 for me, though I just want AOS process. I am wondering whether this delays my case.
