hi
i just wanna ask something
1.i was admitted into US using B2/B3 visa at sept 2007, and at june 2008, im starting to apply asylum
my first interview is on august 2008, and the strange thing, 2 week after interview, they told me to pick up the result, and suddenly ICE came to detain me at the place where i pick up the result ( rossdale NY), they say im overstay. its true that im overstay cause the I-94 is valid only for 6 month, and i didnt renew it since i was planning to apply asylum.did ICE have the right to detain me ? even tho when they detain me , my status already asylum applicant
2.first week july 2010 is my individual hearing, and after the hearing, the judge granted me asylee status, my question is, does the prosecutor have the right deny my granted status? altho im hearing the prosecutor saying " its my final decision" after the judge ask her. im kinda worried because of that
