Still no RFI receiving update from TSC

My wife sent the Medical and G-325A to TSC on Dec 9 by certifided mail. We received the return receipt a couple of days later. There is no signiture on the receipt, just a stamp.
However there is no online status update, nor LUD. We also sent copy of medical and copy of certified mail return receipt on Dec 20, but still no status update. Does any one experience the same thing? What option should I have? Thanks.

I sent express mail to TSC in Dec, but no online change so far. Who knows ?
 
when i sent my RFE nothing showed online... I called them and asked if they got and and they told me that they did... so call the 800# there is an option that says "if we sent u a request for evidence presss..." when u press that number they will transfere u to the TSC directly and they will tell u
