Still no receipt my case was filed on Sep 12

Why don't you call 1-800-375-5283 to find it out.
I called two days ago and my application not in their database yet. They ask me to call back next week.

What information do i need to call. My case was filled by company lawyer and i do not have check number or any other info except that my case was filled on Sep 12. My i 140 was filled same day and i got the receiipt about 3 weeks back but no recipt for EAD/AP and I485
For I-485, you are the applicant and your name is the only thing they ask.
Just be prepared to hang there for more than half hour before a real person answer your phone call.

I don't think it has anything to do with which center get our application. ..
A lot of folks who sent their application to NSC around of after Mid October already got receipt.
If I were you, I would have called them already.

i guess you do not yet know if yours went TSC or NSC...
but seems like notices are sent within 2wks from TSC.

My lawyer paid the fees and I have no clue on check cashed. My daughters receipt is still pending, she got AP receipt but no I-485 receipt

My lawyer informed me they got receipt on NOv. 10 and NSC cashed the check too.
