Still no luck for RFE cases, AVM updated exactly one month.

Anyone still there in the same boat?

RFE for w-2 and pay-stub. Replied on May 30, AVM update on Aug 10.

Have u talked to any immigration office about this. If so, what is there feedback.

My RFE was updated on August 14 and still waiting. I asked my lawyer to call today so lets see what they find out. Weiqi is your application for your self or for family members as well? What is your WAC?

RFE for 3-years\' W-2 and employment letter, updated on 7/24, still waiting. I saw a posting in isn.org yesterday, his RFE for the same staff updated on 7/11 and approved on 9/5, so it may take 2 months or longer.

Weiqi my only guess is for family cases it might take a little longer. The only person with family that got approved around the same timeframe was Ravi, so I guess we will have to wait a little longer. I filed for my wife as councellor processing whereas I am filed for AOS.
