Still no FP notice for ND of 10/07/02

I filed my I485 on Sept. 27, 2002 with VSC and the ND is Oct. 7, 2002. However, I have not received my FP notices. Are there any one else that has ND around 10/07/02 but has not gotten the FP notices? How long can I expect to receive the notices? Thanks!

Hi,
i have filed at NSC with ND 10/25/02. I have not received the fingerprinting notice either. This is for a EB-3 cat. Mine was a concurrent filing and all other applications like I-140, AP, EAD are approved.

I am in exactly the same boat as yours. My info is as above. I have received EAD. I did not apply for AP since we had no plans to travel abroad plus my H1 is still valid. EB3 category.

I have not called the IIO yet although I must say, I once tried the 802 number listed on the case status screen. The number is not a valid one anymore.

My ND with VSC was May 2, 2002. I have received FP in the month of February 2003 and completed FP on 02/19/2003.
