Hello,

Since the fourum engine won't let me post URL's, since a haven't made 15 posts at least, I'll explain my situation quickly.

At my AOS Interview, I was told I needed to send in 3 affidavit letters from people who know us as a couple. So I sent those in a month ago, and still no response, not in mail, not online /not even a "soft touch"/, so a big nothing. This wait is making me nervous because if I had known that this is gonna take this long with no response, I would have asked for an AP, so at least I now wouldn't have to fight with the airlines to cancel or move my ticket next month.

So I've decided to schedule an Infopass appointment, to see where I stand.
i'm not sure which one should I check from the following, because none of them really applies for what I need.

"At Case Status Online
You can check current case processing times to get an idea of how long your case should take.

If your case has a receipt number, you can check the status.
We offer 4 kinds of appointments for a case that you have already filed. Please choose from the following -

Order from Immigration Court - If you were directed to us for processing based on an order from the Immigration Judge. You must bring all documents required in the post order instructions given to you by the court.

Case Processing Appointment - If you received a notice to go to your local office for further case processing.

EAD inquiry appointment - If your I-765 employment authorization application has been pending for more than 90 days.

Case Services follow-up appointment - If it has been over 45 days since you contacted NCSC and have not received a response to your inquiry. You must bring the Service Request ID Number related to your inquiry to the appointment."

Thanks for your help.
