Still No EB2s being approved ????

Guys

Has anyone seen any new eb2 cases been approved, I haven't.

I am wondering whats going on with the NSC. In the last 6 months I have probably not seen more than 20 cases been approved on here for 140 EB2.

Anyone have any thoughts ????

Wonder what is going on @ NSC. Just cannot understand it. This is absolutely crazy:confused: :confused: :rolleyes: :cool: ;) :D

What else can we do........ :confused:

EB2 - Is it a chain around our necks?

I think the moment NSC picks up a EB2, the officer remembers the s/he needs to call and book seeds for next season, get her/his tractors and combines fixed. Then s/he sets aside the EB2 case and by the time she is finished with the farm calls, it is back to a EB3 again. :rolleyes:
 
Holidays

I think NSC is still on Christmas/New Year/ Pongal (Indian)/ Shankaranthi (Indian) festival holidays. So it will take time.

not in the last year , u see an eb2 approval every 2months on an average i think :) atleast on this forum and this forum does give u a pretty clear picture of whats going on.
 
Give me a break!!!!!!

I have been waiting since Oct'2003 on my 140. So far no progress. God!! Give me a positive break!!!!!!

I am a sep 2003 filer too...still waiting and hoping. I hope you have not received any RFE's either. Have you contacted your congressmen ?

UPDATE -- Sorry guys, I didn't realize this is an EB2 thread.
 
Me too. Waiting till sep 2003. God Knows when these NSc fellows will touch EB2 files. I'm waiting like any thing. Almost 16 months passed. god help us.
 
I'm waiting too Sep 24th EB2 concurrent -No I-140 Approved

I'm waiting too Sep 24th EB2 concurrent. Suprsingly my 485 is transfered to Local INS. Can you think of What does it mean. Please guess......

There are very few EB2 I140 approvals compared to EB3, not sure what NSC will do in long run. 140Nov03Filler, who is in EB2 category and recently got approved only with I140 and LUD changes on all I485, still waiting for I485 approval. I am also in similar situation.
