Still No 45 day letter

I have applied LC in NY in March 2003 (EB3). And I applied one more Labor from FL in Sep 2004 (EB2). I got 45 day letter for FL case, and it is still "IN-PROCESS". But I never got 45 day letter for my NY case. My lawyer tries to find out and every time, he gets the screen shot of the FL case instead of the NY one. Any idea what could have happened and what I can do?

If you got your case number, and can check your case in PDS system, there is no need of 45 days letter. You want to make sure you can do that?
 
Thanks for the reply. I don't have the case number. And my lawyer also doesn't have it. And every time, my lawyer asks for any details about my NY case, they are getting the screen shot of FL case. Is there any other way to get the case number?

Did he send an email to nobeccontact for not getting the 45 days letter? Also, when he asks for the screenshot, they should have given him the assigned number which is another evidence that your labor is pending for more than a year - gives you an automatic H1B extension beyond six years limit. You can try calling the DC number and have him speak with the person who may give you the right one for your NY case. I dont remember the number for DC office, its in this forum somewhere, do a search or if anyone knows it, please help the guy out.
