Still I didn't get my I-140 Approval

Did you file for I-485?
If so, post your I-485 Details like RD and ND?
Secondly what is your filing category? EB1, EB2 or EB3.
IF you filed under EB2 /EB3 and also if you filed solo (without concurrent filing), then you can call NSC at 1800 no. (refer Jagan0007 post) and explain your situation.

Hang in there. I think VSC is connecting I-140 to your I-485 ND.
Therefore even though you filed your I-140 in July, they may not touch your case till the time they open Jan 03 cases.
Currently, based on stats available, VSC is processing September 02 cases.
I think your best bet is to wait till July 8th and either you or your lawyer (most preferred) call the NSC and tell them speed-up the case.
