Still havent received the EAD card

My case was approved on 20th March 2003. It been more than a month i Still havent received the EAD card.

It says on the site regarding the approval and card ordered.

What could be the issue? I havent changed my address either after filing 485 and EAD
 
For me too, it says the following. However, I haven't received the card yet.. Can you tell as to how long it takes to get the EAD card after approval..

This is EAD renewal..

Application Type: I765, APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION

Current Status:

On April 16, 2003, after approving your application, we ordered you a new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready.

This case has been approved. On Months, Day, 2003, an approval notice was mailed. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please speak to an Immigration Information Officer during business hours.

RFE for signature in Oct and now this....

It doesnt say to contact IIO after 14 days....and my lawyer says wait for few more weeks....

I've no idea how INS works, but my EAD was approved on April 16,2003 and I received card by april 24.

But I had same problem with Advance Parole..after getting approved I received it after 2 months.

No worries, this is INS! They had a whole bunch of approvals in April, and your card is probably caught up in traffic. Wait another couple of weeks before pinging the IIO.
 
We got approved last week and today got our EAD cards mailed to my Chicago address. Intrestingly things seems to be faster.

Unfortunately your case is different here as it has been ever in terms of BSIC behaviour.

It may be there any time.

Received my EAD Card in hand yesterday.

EAD

Message changed to approval notice sent 05/05/03
Received Card 05/05/03

Looks like they are churning out the cards now. Hope the rest of you get your cards ASAP!

Just checked the status online today and my EAD has been approved and card is being ordered.
ND 11/20/02

Also received receipt of spouses 485 application. It took 3 weeks to get the notice.
I guess today is a good day
 
it is normal for INS.

my wife's EAD was approved on 08-05-2002. we have not received the EAD approval notice yet. Online message still is when ready, mail to you.... Now she has to renew her EAD.

Also it took more than one months to receive my wife's AP after online message " the notice mailed out. if not receive in 14 days, call INS..." we did fax and call INS after 14 days without getting any useful information. then went to local office to get an emergency AP. Finally the INS mailed out the original AP. the date in AP is Feb-15, but the envelop stamp was March-22-2003.
