I left the US after overstaying by 3 weeks on my VWP.
When i left, it didnt seem to be any checks on the way out. I still have my little green I-94W stapled in my passport.
My passport is the new type with the electronic chip at the back. I didnt see anybody scan it on the way out.
Will this hinder me when applying for another visa or coming back to US.
Will i still be down on their system as still being in the US?
