i am under a order of supervision because immigration was unable to deport me back to my home country thru no fault of my own. while in custody, i married my long time girlfriend who's a usc. she filed an i130 and i-485 at the same time because i fall under exclusion rather than removal, i might be able to adjust and get my green card through her without having to return to my country. meanwhile, my father also has a pending asylum case in which i am included (he filed before i was 21 and before i married).

me and my wife have not gotten our interview date yet, we had to reschedule it due to schedule conflicts and so far they havent given us a new interview date yet. we have been married only 7 months and due to certain things that happened, i have decided i am not sure i want to stay in the marriage. my wife does but i am not sure i do...and even if we are able to work things out, i would prefer not to adjust thru her. will my father still be able to file i730 for me in the case that we divorce? and how would i withdraw the i130 and i485 application or does my wife do that? i am afraid that if i adjust thru her and our marriage deteriorates even further within the 2 year conditional gc, i might be left without any means at all to adjust my status.

please advise, thank you!!
