still I am waiting for my I-140..
Recipt Date : July 8th 2002

Concurrent 485 file...
EAD, AP's - approved..

Advice?
 
When did you file your I-485 and whats ur ND for that?.

Per some theory, BCIS might have clubbed your I-140 with I-485 and your I-140 may be processed by I-485 ND. You should wait until your I-485 ND passes the I-140 processing dates published by BCIS, if you want to be not too much stressed.

i was filed my 485 in the month of December,
u mean I have to wait until December...
Friends please advice...what should I do?
