Still My I-140 is not approved,
Notice Date is : July 8th 2002
EB3 ?

I want to know that , what's goping on my case?

Please advice and share ur valuable thoughts

In this case, I think what you can do is to call BCIS to get some information about your case. It probably will speed things up a little bit.

One more thing, have you got any RFEs on your case? Are you concurrent filing?

Even if you call BCIS office there is no guaranty that you will receive reply. I enquired in first week of June. Till now I did not get any response. We need check with others who enquired around same time.

I remember one of them was blessed with an RFE. I am June -2002 filer. Waiting till now. I have been enquiring since December 2002 but nothing is happening.

Let us wait.
 
Call BCIS!

As Tammy has mentioned, we haven' t heard back from Vermont Service Center, though we have provided info by calling BCIS.... I called BCIS on 06/10

Have you ever called BCIS! If not give it a try. They would collect your information and send an inquiry to VSC.
 
I think you should call 2-3 weeks after 360 days (time that it show when you check your status online).
