Thanks for all your replies.
Someone told me that I have to fill out some paperwork for FP.
Please let me know what paperwork I have to fill out. What documents do I need to take for FP? Also is the A# my I-485 receipt # or my I-94#?
Very urgent- please reply.

Alien number is on your FP notice. You need to take your original FP notice and a ID like EAD card, driving license. You take both. Some prefer EAD. Read your FP notice. Every thing is mentioned there clearly.

You need to fill a form at the FP office, which contains your name,address,sex,nationality,social security# etc. When you finish your FP, they will return this form with a stamp on it along with the copy of your FP notice.
