I filed an I-130 as a Legal Permanent Resident in 11/01/2023. I then filled an N-400 in 3/31/24 and became a US citizen in 10/24/24, unaware my beneficiar’s children would be kicked off her I-130. Me and my wife welcomed a baby girl on 01/03/25. Then I sent a request to upgrade on 01/24/25, that USCIS claims to have never received but I have prove they received it. But according to their records they never did. 0n 2/05/25 USCIS did sent me an RFE asking for all my kids birth certificates to which I replied on 3/20/25. A few days earlier I was able to chat to a USCIS that was able to upgrade my petition and sent confirmation email on 3/18/25 that my petition was upgraded. My question is 1) How to file for my 2 step kids so they can be approved simultaneously with my wife’s petition? and 2) Should I filled my step kids I-130 ASAP or should I do or wait on something before doing so?
