Step-child

Hi Everyone,
Hoping someone can guide me on this. In order to apply for the DV I need to list all step-children. I was married and now divorced and my ex-wife had a son. I understand he will have to be included in my application. Is that correct?
Secondly, my ex-wife has since had another child who was born after our divorce. I do not have to include this child right?

Correct that your ex’s son who existed during your marriage needs to be listed and that the one born after the marriage does not.

(For anyone curious about why the ex stepchild has to be listed, this is because under certain circumstances ex-step relations can be petitioned for a green card.)
