Hello all

I have a question. Currently my 485 is pending based on EB-3 with NSC.

I have a master's degree in Engineering from the US. I have been working in teh US for the past 4 years in teh same field Now lets say if S2611 is passed, can I apply for another 485 based on Advanced Degree, which they say is exempt from the quota.

What will be procedure for that.

You're too quick. S.2611 is not even on the House table. I have no doubt that House will change it a lot.
