Staying outside the country for a year ?

I have completed my 6 years of H1-B and moved to O1 visa. Now I would like to reapply for H1-B but I am aware that I have to be outside the country for a year.

If I visited India for 2 months during my O1-Visa, does this time count towards the one year outside the country?
